Who organized?
Carol

Bob Pane, DVM of South Kendall Animal Clinic will be our guest speaker. Dr. Pane will discuss common bulldog medical emergency situations and what to do immediately or while on the way to get vet treatment. i.e. What to do if your dog grabs a bufo toad and is foaming at the mouth. He will also answer general bulldog care questions as he has over 25 years experience with the breed and many bulldogs in his care. However, this, of course, is not the venue to answer diagnostic questions about an individual problem your dog may have.

This meetup will be inside in the AC, but space is limited. If your dog doesn't do well in close quarters with other dogs, it may be best to leave him/her home so you and others are not distracted. Please also be sure to RSVP if you are coming so we can plan appropriately for space and setup reasons.

Dr. Pane has a wealth of knowledge and you may learn something that could save your dog's life or a dog you may come across in a chance situation.

Dr. Pane is great. It was very informative. Just wish that all those that RSVP would show up; especially when a guest speaker is involved.

The information was Great! Very helpful with all the topics discussed. The people and their companions were very friendly :)
    •  I thought the lecture was good- well put together and good for new bully owners. I would have liked some playtime for the dogs, as I was the one with the boisterous puppy, but I understand that this was not the venue. Maybe for future meetups, we can submit questions ahead of time that the vets could address in a talk. With the previso of course that this is for information only- not a substitute for vet care.
    •  Dr. Pane's presentation was great. A wonderful vet for bulldogs; he even kisses them!
